Angela Massey Doubles Down On Supporting Dan Schneider
Christopher Massey’s message arrived after his mother seemingly took to Instagram for a livestream. In the footage, Angela played an audio message from a woman who allegedly called her, harassing her for defending Dan Schneider.
Additionally, she called out parents of former Nick child actors for allowing their kids to “spend the night with staff members.” Angela Massey also explained that she didn’t watch ‘Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV,’ and does not intend to.
“I want to remember Dan as the person that he was to us,” she told viewers.

Here’s What The Mother Recently Wrote About The Former Nick Producer
As The Shade Room previously reported, ‘Quiet On Set’ exposed the “toxic” work culture behind popular Nickelodeon kids shows of the late 90s and 2000s.
The four-part docuseries prompted major backlash toward former Nick producer Dan Schneider. Schneider was accused of “sexualizing” the kid actors in his content, creating an “uncomfortable” work environment, and more.
Earlier this week, Schneider sat down for an interview and apologized for his actions while working at Nick, per The Shade Room.
Additionally, it was also revealed in the documentary that Drake Bell was sexually assaulted by a former Nick dialogue coach at the age of 15, per The Shade Room.
However, Christopher Massey’s mother didn’t appear to think Schneider should own the blame for what took place at Nick. Earlier today, she took to Instagram to share a message praising Schneider for his genius, adding, “Blame the parents, not Dan.”
