Roomies, Yung Miami finally addressed the allegations against Diddy in her new episode of her ‘Caresha Please’ podcast.
Caresha returned to Revolt on Thursday, August 8, with an emotional debut for her podcast.
The former City Girls rapper discussed her mental health, JT, and her experience dating Diddy with her bestie Saucy Santana.
While speaking with Santana, Yung Miami shared her thoughts on being constantly linked to Diddy’s drama.
“People feel like I was being Diddy’s biggest cheerleader and I made him my brand. And I feel like, Diddy was on brand for me. I got with Diddy and brought him into my life.”
Caresha recalled meeting DIddy during a pivotal time in his life and explained that she shouldn’t be crucified while the world was also celebrating him.
“I met him when he was in the Love era. And I met Diddy when the world was celebrating him and giving him his flowers while he was alive. He was getting the Global Icon Award, the Lifetime Achievement Award, the Key to the city, he had a new album that was coming out, so I was celebrating him with the world. And I just feel like everybody is trying to crucify me for it. But I was just celebrating him when the world was celebrating him.”
Santana later asked Yung Miami why she never commented on the allegations and lawsuits against Diddy.
“I can’t speak on something that wasn’t my experience. And I can’t speak on something I don’t know. I can’t speak on these allegations because I wasn’t around at the time. I don’t know that person and that wasn’t my experience.”
Yung Miami also admitted that ending her relationship with Diddy was painful.
“It really really really hurt me. Puff was a really good person to me. He came and he help me, he elevated me. He saw a lot of things in me. He was able to see more than music in me. And I felt like he brought out another side of me, he brought out my gentle side.”
Caresha also said she decided to focus on herself and her family, letting Diddy handle things on his own.

Rommates, if you recall Yung Miami and Diddy had the innanet buzzing after they officially confirmed their relationship on the debut episode of her ‘Caresha Please’ podcast.
Despite claims of their relationship actually being a situationship, Yung Miami later appeared in Diddy’s “Gotta Move On Remix” music video in October 2022.
She also joined him onstage during his 2023 MTV Video Music Awards performance and attended the 2023 Met Gala with him.
The duo even had cute nicknames, with Diddy calling Miami his “Shawy Wop” and Miami calling him “Papi.”
Diddy, formerly known as Sean Combs has stayed in the headlines throughout 2024.
In May, things escalated when CNN released a gut-wrenching video from 2016 showing the media mogul assaulting his former girlfriend, Cassie. The horrific incident took place on March 5, 2016 at the now-closed InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles.
Shortly after the video surfaced, Diddy posted an apology on Instagram, which he later deleted.
Since then, several accusations of sexual misconduct have surfaced against Diddy, with CNN reporting that he is facing multiple civil lawsuits. However, the current status of the lawsuits remains unclear.
