After having the highest selling Hip Hop album last year, JCole seems like he is ready to tie the knot with his longtime girlfriend of 10 years, Melissa Heholt.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate, Jcole met Melissa while attending St. John’s University in Queens, NY as he pursued a degree in Communications with a minor in Business while she double majored and worked through college.
The YBF reported back in 2010 that the couple had been engaged but the couple kept denying it but later came clean on the engagement. Well now sources close to the couple told Sister 2 Sister that JCole proposed to Melissa with a 4-carat ring and now they allegedly have made plans for the wedding date and location.
It really does seem like love conquers all because Melissa never left his side through all the rumored controversy surrounding JCole. Word on the streets was that he cheated on her. I’m glad to see rappers now making it cool to marry the girls that they have been rocking with since day one. We hope for the best for the couple and let us see that ring Melissa!!!
