A New York event organizer is currently suing Young Thug after he claims that he lost $360,000 after the Atlanta rapper was a no show for a concert he was scheduled to headline back in August.
According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the event organizer, Nicholas Fitts filed a lawsuit last month against Young Thug and his Smyrna-based company YSL Enterprises in Cobb County court.
The lawsuit claims that Young Thug signed a $55,000 contract with Nicholas Fitts to play a concert at Sahlens Stadium in Rochester, New York.
The lawsuit alleges that the rapper “did not have a valid legal reason for his failure to perform.” The lawsuit also stated that he did not reschedule, but he did go to Rochester a few months later to perform at a different venue.
In the suit Fitts claims that he lost a total of $201,620 in lost tickets sales alone, along with other expenses.
