By now we all know that Lil Wayne has been battling Birdman when it comes to getting his Young Money imprint removed from Cash Money and getting the money that’s owed to him.
However, it looks like Young Money will have to soon pay up to yet another artist.
According to TMZ, David Banner sued Young Money after they failed to pay him up to $150,000 after working on two albums. He’s dome some work on Lil Wayne’s, “Tha Carter III” and the labels “We Are Young Money” album as a producer.
In the court documents obtained by TMZ, Young Money failed to respond to the case, therefore David Banner was awarded the money by default. He is now owed $16,3030.19 and that also includes interest.
If Birdman pays Lil Wayne the money owed to him, then he’ll have a way to pay David Banner back.
