Yella Beezy‘s attorney has addressed a $50 million lawsuit accusing the rapper and others of committing assault at a Chris Brown concert.
The Shade Room exclusively obtained a statement on the matter from Beezy’s attorney, Daryl K. Washington. In the statement, the attorney asserted that his client “was not involved in any incident,” and “did not have any contact with the Plaintiffs.”
Additionally, Washington asserted that his client “does not understand why he is a named party in the lawsuit or the temporary restraining order that clearly was filed before all facts were obtained and verified.”
Furthermore, Washington alleged that there is ““no evidence to support the accusations” against Yella Beezy.
The lawyer ultimately asserted that a “proper investigation” will be conducted into the allegations. He also explained that he plans to “hold accountable any person” who appears to be attempting to defame Beezy and his counterparts.
Social media users reacted to the attorney’s statement in The Shade Room’s comment section.

As The Shade Room previously reported, a group of four men, including Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush, and Da Marcus Powell, recently filed the lawsuit. Brown, Sinko Ceej, Yella Beezy, and Live Nation, are reportedly listed as defendants.
The men allege that they encountered Brown’s group backstage at his concert in Fort Worth, Texas on July 20. The encounter allegedly resulted in Brown instructing his peers to assault Bush before the group then targeted Parker. According to TMZ, Lewish and Powell also suffered injuries amid the incident.
