Lawsuit Allegations Against Ye Claim THIS
TMZ was the first to report the exclusive details of the filed documents. Lauren alleges she had a successful gig as an OnlyFans model, pulling in about $1 million annually.
Despite her adult content hustle, Ye hired her in July 2021. She says they met while he was working on his clothing line and continued a working relationship afterward. Lauren claims that she even contributed to at least three songs on his project, ‘Donda,’ which was released in August 2021.
By 2022 — after about a year of employment — Lauren says West confronted her about her OnlyFans content. He allegedly asked her to be more “God Like,” which included deleting her OnlyFans account. She complied because Ye reportedly agreed to pay her $1 million annually to replace the financial loss.
After their agreement, Lauren Pisciotta says their interactions took a turn. Ye allegedly began sending her extremely vulgar and unprofessional messages, including texts.
One alleged message read, “See my problem is I be wanting to f**k but then after I f**k I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f**ked while I was f**king them. Then I want her to cheat on me.”
It’s unclear if Ye had made any similar comments between 2021 and 2022 before asking her to delete her OnlyFans. Other messages, per TMZ, are allegedly extra explicit and describe West’s sexual fantasies with women.
Explicit Conversations Allegedly Worsen Before Lauren Pisciotta Is Fired
As mentioned, the allegedly explicit conversations with Ye took all kinds of turns, including into race play.
“Is my d*** racist? It is,” Ye allegedly texted Lauren. “This f***ing racist d*** of mine. I going to beat this f***ing racist d*** for being f***ing racist. I’m going to stare at pictures of white woman with black a**es and beat the s*** out of my racist d*** … Beating the s*** out of his big black c***.”
Along with text messages, West allegedly also peppered his former assistant with sexual videos and photos, including two clips of him allegedly having sexual intercourse with a model.
But it didn’t end there, per Lauren. She alleges that during phone conversations, Ye would often ask her to guess what he was doing. The answer, she claims, would be self-pleasuring on the phone. He was also allegedly “fixated on the penis size of her boyfriends,” per TMZ.
Amid the sexually explicit communication, Lauren remained employed with the rapper, and he eventually bumped her salary to $4 million with a Chief of Staff promotion.
A little over a year after hiring her, West allegedly fired Lauren, promising a $3 million severance. However, Pisciotta says he never handed over her coins.
As a result, the former model is suing her ex-boss for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and hostile work environment.
There has been no public word from Ye on the lawsuit.
