It is no secret that Wendy Williams and Nicki Minaj are not on the best of terms at the moment. The two have called each other out on their perspective platforms in the past. For the past few months, things have seemed to be calm between the two ladies.
However, following Tuesday’s episode of the “The Wendy Williams Show,” it seems Wendy may have reignited the fire. Before the ending of her show, Wendy made mention of Kenneth Petty‘s recent legal issues when it came to him registering as a sex offender in the state of California.
Wendy said she would talk about the topic on her show on Wednesday, but she couldn’t hold it in and had a message for Nicki.
She said, “Well apparently the way this show is going today, we did not have enough time to get to Nicki Minaj’s brother (she later corrected herself, and said she meant husband). But let me tell you something, Nicki. That’s going to be my first story tomorrow and I’m going to lead with this: You should’ve never married him because now you’ve ruined everything about what your brand could be. Again, you are never going to stand a chance when you are with a man who pulls a knife at rape point. A registered sex offender, you are never going to stand a chance with the public.”
Nicki has not responded to Wendy’s criticism as of yet, and many fans are anticipating Wendy’s show on Wednesday.
Back in November of last year, Nicki called out Wendy on Queen Radio for bringing up her husband’s past. At that time she said, “When you announce my husband, P, there’s no need for you to mention his past. Every time you mention him, you feel the need to bring these things up as well as something he was wrongfully accused of doing.”
She continued to tell Wendy she could “report the news without that level of viciousness.”
Roommates, what are your thoughts?
