It’s been a rough road for singer, Bobby Brown as he is dealing with the loss of his ex-wife, Whitney Houston and his daughter, Bobbi Kristina. He has been very tight lipped about most of the details but it looks like he is now ready to talk. In an exclusive interview with ABC News’, Robin Roberts, Bobby talks about the things he could have done to save young Bobbi Kristina.
“We could have been better. We should have been better,” Bobby explains to Roberts. “It’s not a mystery to me. The same thing that happened to my daughter is what happened to Whitney.”
The almost eerie similarity between Whitney and Bobbi’s death still has the world in shock. For those who don’t know Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive facedown in her bathtub early last year and eventually passed away from her injuries a few months later.
Many people have pointed the finger at her boyfriend, Nick Gordan, since he was present during the time of the incident and Bobby also maintains that he thinks Nick knows more than what he’s letting on. “He knows what happened,” Brown said. “I don’t know what happened that night. But he does.”
Brown and Houston took Gordan under their wing at 12-years-old, but never fully adopted him. Years later Kristina and Gordan started dating and living together. Brown even filed a civil lawsuit against Gordan for the wrongful death of his daughter in a $50 million case.
Gordan’s lawyer filed a motion in his defense to deny any involvement in Kristina’s death.
