#MikeBrown is one name amongst entirely too many that, now, has to be spoken in past tense. However, with the blessing from his mother, Warner Bros. is slated to bring his story to the big screen!
We hear that WB won an aggressive bidding war for the right to a memoir co-written by Mike’s mother, and novelist Lyah Beth LeFlore, titled Tell the Truth & Shame the Devil: The Life, Legacy, and Love of My Son Michael Brown.
BET reports that the films format will be similar to 2005 Oscar-winning motion picture, Crash.
