What is up with these record labels nowadays?? It’s seems like more and more artists are voicing their hatred about their janky label problems on social media and rapper Waka Flocka is the latest to go off!
Waka had already accused his label, Atlantic Records for delaying his Flockaveli 2 album a few months ago view Twitter and expressed how badly he wanted to buy out of his contract. He started a hashtag, #LetWakaGo and all but it seems like he is now back at square one.
He is now saying that Atlantic only sees him as a dollar sign and doesn’t care about him, “The first thing the label asked after I got shot is—‘can you go to the studio?'” He vowed to never trust his label after that.
