Recently Tammy Rivera spoke out about her and Waka Flocka’s separation and shared that although they are not together, they are still filming their reality show. Now Waka is opening up about their separation and says everything is good between them and that they are best friends.
During an interview with Raquel Harper for her podcast “It’s Tricky With Raquel Harper,” Waka was asked how he and Tammy are doing and he said, “That’s my best friend, that’s my dawg. People just want it to be fighting and hating and something happened. Hell no, we’re just grown. Why is it that, when people evolve for the better, why does there have to be something attached to it that’s slimy as spit? Why it gotta be so nasty if we ain’t nasty? It’s love though, me and Tammy stamped.”
He was also asked if he and Tammy were going to try and work things out, however, he didn’t want to answer that question. “Anything besides that might be toxic,” he said.
Regardless of what may have caused Tammy and Waka split, he made it clear that the biggest blessing was their daughter Charlie. He said there is nothing that Tammy could do to make him hate her, off of the strength of their daughter Charlie.
As previously reported, while speaking with her supporters on Instagram Live, Tammy shared that she and Waka have been shooting for their show despite their split.
She said, “I’ve been filming for the new show, it has been pretty good this season though. Even though me and Waka not together, we still have the show, so we still gotta film the show. It’s been cool, it’s been pretty good.”
Tammy said that she and Waka not only co-parent Charlie but also their two dogs.
It looks like we’re get a look into their new family dynamic when their show returns to television.
