Authorities have released the body cam footage from Joseline Hernandez’s arrest last month, where she appears to shove several police before being tackled to the floor by officers from Sunrise Police Department headquarters in South Florida.
In a video obtained by TMZ, the ‘Love & Hip Hop’ star can be heard verbally abusing officers with slurs while resisting arrest, telling them “they won’t have a job tomorrow” amid the struggle.
She also demands that “no white men touch her,” referring to the officers.
Joseline can also be seen throwing her cell phone at a man, trying to calm her down. The man appears to be the same person she was with at the Big Lex brawl earlier in the night, as reported by The Shade Room.
That’s when officers intervene to try and stop her from lunging at the man. Joseline was eventually tackled to the ground by officers after reportedly shoving one of them.
She continues to hurl verbal abuse at the cops and physically resists again as they attempt to lead her out. That prompted the officers to pick up her legs to carry her away.
If you recall, Hernandez was arrested earlier that same evening and charged with four counts — including battery and trespassing — after attacking Big Lex.
During the assault, she placed Lex in a headlock and brutally beat her.
The 911 call Big Lex made after getting beat up by Hernandez was released days later. In it, she tells dispatchers that “(Joseline) beat me real bad” and demands the latter’s arrest, The Shade Room reports.
“I had to get away. They beat me real bad,” Lex told the dispatcher. “I just want a police officer so I can press charges… file a police report.”
Lex also said she wasn’t seeking medical attention, so it’s still unclear about her exact injuries from that evening.
Hernandez was arrested following the Floyd Mayweather vs. John Gotti III exhibition match on June 11.
The entire incident was caught on video, which has since gone viral.
The fight left Lex topless amidst the scuffle, which ended after bystanders separated them.
Joseline Hernandez was officially charged with battery (domestic), trespassing, resisting arrest/obstruction with violence, and regular battery, per the Broward County Sheriff’s Office’s website.
