Update: Yesterday we reported that Rick Ross was arrested again in Fayetteville on kidnapping and assault charges, well it looks like Ross’ coins won’t be bailing him out of this one!
According to Billboard, the rapper has been denied bail. The groundskeeper, Jonathan Zamudio, was hit in the face with a Glock 17, 9mm handgun. According to the warrant, the blows to his face caused “two chipped teeth, jaw injury, neck injury, and multiple scratches and contusions.”
Zamudio also reportedly, “lost use of his jaw and is restricted to soft foods and liquid diet only as result of not being able to chew food.”
He described how he was questioned at gun point and forcibly held against his will at Ross’ home. Ross, 39, whose real name is William Roberts, has been charged with kidnapping, aggravated battery and aggravated assault.
Ross was also arrested earlier this month for traffic violations and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
