Tyler Perry Tips A Total Of $21K To 42 Atlanta Restaurant Employees

#Roommates, now more than ever generosity is greatly appreciated as many continue to face severe financial hardships in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak—and Tyler Perry is showing once again just how generous he is. He recently tipped 42 local Atlanta restaurant employees over $20,000, which we’re sure meant the world to them at a time like this.

Tyler Perry has several documented instances where he has financially helped out those who need it most, so it should come as no surprise that he’s at it again—and this time dozens of Atlanta restaurant workers are reaping the benefits. @TMZ_TV reports, Tyler recently visited a Houston’s restaurant in Atlanta and left a $500 tip for each of the 42 out-of-work employees, totaling $21,000.

Apparently, Tyler is a big fan of the popular restaurant chain and has been frequently driving over to the Northside Parkway location since the coronavirus lockdown to pick up food. Reportedly, the employees were absolutely shocked at the amount of money they received from him.

Money which couldn’t come at a better time, as it’s estimated that some of the stimulus bill payments could take weeks for many Americans to receive. With financial obligations like childcare, food, rent/mortgage and other essentials piling up, Tyler’s monetary gift will surely help.

If you’ll recall, his last bit of generosity was back in September when he had a plane flown down to the Bahamas filled with supplies following the aftermath of Hurricane Dorian.

Roommates, what are your thoughts on this?
