Looks like Tyga won’t be breaking bread with Birdman and Lil Wayne anytime soon. The rapper is suing Cash Money and Young Money for unpaid royalties that he claims he’s owed.
According to TMZ, Tyga made a deal back in 2009 that he would drop two albums for Young Money, which were ‘Careless World’ and ‘Hotel California.’
Young Money is run by Lil Wayne, and Tyga claims the label “shorted him significant sums.”
In the suit, Tyga says that back in 2016, Young Money and Cash Money agreed to run him all the royalties that were promised to him over the years, but claims he hasn’t received anything yet.
Tyga is tired of waiting and wants about a cool million.
