Have you ever skipped out on a party you promised to go to, #Roommates? No harm no foul, right?
Well a Middle Eastern club promoter is accusing Tyga of doing the same thing, except they’re claiming they fronted him $141,000 to perform at their spot and now they’re suing him for more than $1 million!
According to The Blast, officials at Heavy Rotation, LLC say they paid Tyga to perform at Club White and two other venues around the United Arab Emirates in April. After they shook hands on the deal, Tyga allegedly pulled out of performing in Abu Dhabi because he claimed another club in Dubai offered him more money.
Tyga went ahead and performed at the new club, but Heavy Rotation says he never sent back the money he was paid in advance. The business is also accusing him of using the money to buy plane tickets to fund his Middle East trip.
Heavy Rotation says they’re owed a $1.4 million in damages.
