Drake is receiving mixed emotions from fans after his new track “Two Birds” dropped. Many feel the rapper went a little to hard on Kid Cudi by taking shots at his mental illness. Kid Cudi checked himself into a rehab a couple of weeks ago for depression and suicidal thoughts.
In the song Drake says,
“You were the Man on the Moon, now you go through your phases / Life of the angry and famous”
Now if you remember Kid Cudi was the one who started the beef with Drake when he took shots at him and Kanye back in Sept. on Twitter.
Kanye eventually moved past Cudi’s rants but it’s clear Drake hasn’t moved on just yet and fans aren’t happy about it.
One twitter user said,
“Kid Cudi disses Drake’s talent and Drake’s only comeback is to insult Cudi’s health and not musical abilities.”
Another said,
“Drake dodges lyrical rappers but disses a depressed suicidal Kid Cudi that’s in rehab, Drake is a clown.”
