#TSRUpdatez: Tekashi69 Got Moved To Special Unit In Jail For His Safety

#TSRUpdatez: After being denied bail, Tekashi69 is now in a high-security facility on Rikers Island to keep him safe.

Authorities said Tekashi was sent to the Contagious Disease Unit, which is used to house sick inmates and apparently high-profile celebrities, TMZ reports. In other words, officials don’t trust Tekashi being among the general population.

And it sounds like authorities are taking it a step further as it was reported he’s supposed to have no contact with other inmates, even during his hour of outdoor recreation!

Tekashi is in jail waiting for his July 20th hearing. Authorities want to extradite him to Texas where he’s wanted for allegedly choking a 16-year-old boy.
