The temporary restraining order placed on former #NBA star #GilbertArenas by a woman who is allegedly his ex-girlfriend has been tossed after the woman did not show up to court today.
Apparently #NoChillGil didn’t take the accusations against him seriously because he also was a no-show, TMZ reports. The woman claimed Gil got her young son’s cell phone number so that he could send him naked photos of her and video of them having sex.
Based on the claims, a judge granted a temporary restraining order to the woman and ordered Gil not to contact her or her son. They were due back in court this morning where a judge was going to decide whether or not to make the restraining order permanent, but seeing as neither party showed up–the judge dismissed the order.
