In the name of justice, Porsha Williams, Yandy Smith, and activist Tamika Mallory were arrested, while attending a protest for Breonna Taylor, in Louisville, Kentucky.
According to The Courier Journal, protesters marched to the Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron’s home, demanding that officers involved for the death of Breonna Taylor be arrested and charged.

In a video clip posted by her fiance Dennis McKinley, you can see a woman who is said to be Porsha, as she is taken away in handcuffs. It’s not immediately known why she was arrested but it appears that she was with a group of people who were protesting in front of the District Attorney’s house.
A post made on Yandy’s account confirms she and Tamika were arrested along with over 90 other people.

Mallory’s account gave instructions on how people could join in and what social media accounts to follow during the protest. Ending with, “Breonna Taylor must get justice. Standing up for Breonna is standing up for all Black women.#ArrestTheCops”
These ladies are no strangers to protests. They’ve always fought for change.
