We’ve got to do better as a community, Roommates! The same gang responsible for the death of a 15-year-old boy in Bronx last week is making headlines again this week for attacking another teen, Bronx police told PIX11 News.
Cellphone footage shows several men attacking a 14-year-old boy on the median of the Bronx River Parkway. Police said that members of the Trinitarios gang chased the teen down the parkway on June 18 during rush hour. The teen was stabbed several times and left bleeding on the median. He was rushed to the hospital and is still in critical condition.
Police have already arrested one individual, Ramon Paulino, 21, and are searching for the other suspects in the video. Ramon has been charged with attempted murder, gang assault and assault.
A few days later, on June 20, Lesandro “Junior” Guzman-Feliz was attacked by the same group outside a Bronx bodega but died after running to a hospital three blocks away. His death has since sparked outrage throughout the nation.
