Felicity Huffman is among the 14 people that have entered a guilty plea on Monday concerning their college admissions cheating scandal.
According to TMZ, she pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud as well as honest services mail fraud.
She released a statement and said, “I am in full acceptance of my guilt, and with deep regret and shame over what I have done, I accept full responsibility for my actions and will accept the consequences that stem from those actions. I am ashamed of the pain I have caused my daughter, my family, my friends, my colleagues and the educational community.”
As it was previously reported, Felicity was accused of paying Rick Singer $15,000 to rig her daughter’s SAT scores. At the moment, there is reportedly no word on sentencing, however, the maximum sentence is 20 years in prison.
Fellow actress Lori Loughlin, who is also known as Aunt Becky from “Full House,” was not a part of the plea deal, and neither was her husband.
