#TSRUpdatez: #Roommates, we reported earlier this month that actor Pooch Hall was arrested for a DUI and felony child endangerment after allegedly letting his 2-year-old son drive because he was too intoxicated to steer the wheel. Well, news has just broke that he’s officially been criminally charged.
According to TMZ, he was charged with felony child abuse and DUI and he’s looking at up to 6 years and 6 months in prison.
Witnesses told police that the former “The Game” actor was driving around Burbank with is toddler in his lap and holding the steering wheel. To make matters worse, the young boy was not wearing a seat belt and they crashed into a parked car.
Thankfully no one was hurt, but TMZ reports that Pooch’s blood alcohol level with 3 times the legal limit.
As we previously reported, he was arrested and held on $100,000 bail before being released. His children are now all in his wife’s custody.
