According to CNN, Uber and NASA just teamed up to make the idea a reality. The companies are currently putting their powers together to develop air traffic management for a fleet of electric flying cars.
Along with it just being super cool, Uber and NASA believe that flying taxis will help improve transportation in congested cities and provide more affordable travel options.
The companies are aiming to launch a ridesharing network of flying vehicles by 2023.
