#Roommates, let’s take a moment to pray for the family of Alaina Housley, the niece of Adam and Tamera Mowry-Housley, who was one of 12 victims in a mass shooting last night at a bar in Thousand Oaks, California.
“Our hearts are broken. We just learned that our Alaina was one of the victims of last night’s shooting at Borderline Bar in Thousand Oaks,” Tamera said in a statement obtained by TMZ.

“Alaina was an incredible young woman with so much life ahead of her and we are devastated that her life was cut short in this manner.”
The shooting happened during a packed “college country night” at the bar. Authorities have identified the now deceased shooter as 28-year-old U.S. Marine Corps. veteran David Long. Authorities have not revealed how Long was killed and are still looking into a motive for the shooting although the gunman had previous run-ins with the law.
