According to @TMZ_TV, Micheal and a shady wealth manger reportedly took the millions by telling Kevin to stay on a strict budget while they allegedly used the other funds for themselves.
In the suit Kevin even details one time where he asked his wealth manager to wire him $40K but was scolded for going over his budget, meanwhile that same wealth manager allegedly took $2M in a day!
