Tyler Perry is always known to give back in major ways, and this time around is no different.
According to TMZ, Perry purchased a $350,000 home in Georgia and gave it to Bettie Pace, the mother of one of the actors he worked with back in 1999.
LaShun Pace and Perry worked together years ago, and have stayed in touch. Once he learned that Pace’s mother, Bettie was ill and one of her wishes was to have a home big enough for her family, he stepped up and purchased a home for the family close to where they were raised in Atlanta.
LaShun and her family make up a gospel group and Perry featured one of their songs in his 2006 film, “Medea’s Family Reunion.”
Recently, Perry offered an acting role to Geoffrey Owens after a photo of him bagging groceries at a Trader Joes went viral. Prior to that Perry also purchased a new car for Tiffany Haddish.
