Now I love #Pringles just as much as the next foodie, but these Thanksgiving-themed chips they’re about to release are something else.
Imagine getting your whole #Thanksgiving meal in chip form!
Well, #Roommates, that the intention behind these chips and the popular potato chip brand is offering three core flavors — turkey, stuffing, and pumpkin pie.
Now in past years, there were limited edition chips released around the holidays and included wild flavors such as cranberry sauce and green bean casserole, according to @Fortune. But it seems like this year, Pringles wanted to stick to the basics and offer up those core flavors, which will be on sale for consumers tonight.
That’s a big change from last year’s eight-flavor offering, which was only available to individuals the company selected. So I guess this year Pringles decided to spread the holiday spirit.
The Thanksgiving chips will come in mini cans and will be packaged together in a single box, which Pringles says is “designed, sealed, and delivered to mimic the canned goods in your pantry around the holidays.”
The trio of flavors is priced at $15 and goes on sale at 11:59 p.m., eastern standard time, exclusively on the Pringle’s website.
So if these flavors sound enticing to you, act fast because supplies are limited.
Pringles isn’t the only food brand releasing holiday-themed food. A while back we reported that Buffalo Wild Wings created a barbecue pumpkin spice-flavored chicken wing just in time for fall.
You already know when the leaves start falling, pumpkin spice-flavored products begin to pop up overnight in stores and at restaurants but these wings were a new introduction to the game. That was their only new addition to the menu but I’m sure as the holidays quickly approach, we’ll see more restaurants and food brands try something new.
#Roommates, are you trying the new Pringles? Let us know!
