#Roommates, Los Angeles Lakers guard #LonzoBall has severed ties with #BigBallerBrand co-founder #AlanFoster after allegations Alan couldn’t locate $1.5M of Lonzo’s money.
If you’re familiar with the Ball family, you know Alan was much more than a business partner. Alan has known the family for over 10 years and is considered to be #LavarBall’s best friend and right-hand man. He even appears on the family’s reality show where he’s often seen planning and running the family business.
According to @ESPN, Lonzo is accusing Alan of using “his access to my business and personal finances to enrich himself. As a result, I have decided to sever all ties with Alan, effective immediately.” Apparently, after Zo’s financial statements came back, that’s where he discovered that $1.5M wasn’t accounted for. His father Lavar Ball, also addressed the situation, saying: “I’ve always believed in the best in people. Regretfully, I put my complete trust in Alan Foster to manage my son’s business affairs,” LaVar said. “At the end of the day, family comes first, and I support Zo wholeheartedly. Together, we will make this right.” Apparently ,when Lavar found out he was “devastated.”
In a statement by Lonzo’s agent #HarrisonGaines, he says: “This is a stunning development and very unfortunate situation for all involved. This is a cautionary tale and I’m glad Foster’s actions have been discovered.” Here’s where things get tricky #Roommates, aside from the emotional ties, Alan also owns 16.3% of the Big Baller Brand. As of now there is no word on whether or not Alan will be bought out or how the Ball family will handle the situation but it’s clear they were all completely caught off guard after learning about this stunning revelation!
