It looks like Tristan Thompson may start losing out on some NBA coin. Jordan Craig — the mother of his 6-year-old son, Prince Oliver Thompson — is reportedly looking to garnish his wages to secure unpaid child support.
According to the Daily Mail, Craig recently filed court documents accusing Thompson of being a whopping $224,000 behind on child support. She reportedly says that Tristan has been making “partial payments or missing child support payments altogether” since November 2022.
The outlet reports that, between November 2022 and September 2023, the largest amount Thompson had coughed up was $29K in August. For context, Jordan says they had previously agreed on $40K monthly payments.
Now, Jordan Craig is allegedly setting her sights on garnishing $80K from his monthly NBA earnings.
This update comes about two months after word spread that Jordan Craig was looking to reinforce $40K monthly child support payments, as The Shade Room reported.
It’s also worth noting that Prince’s aunt, Kai Craig, recently blasted Tristan on social media. She was prompted to speak out after Kim Kardashian praised Thompson’s character on The Kardashians.
In her post, Kai stated, “It’s so painful to see how Tristan can find the time to do these nice things for others but can’t seem to show up and be a real parent for my nephew Prince.”
She tagged Kim and declared, “I don’t want to believe that you are this insensitive to the fact that he literally ignores his children.”
Furthermore, she said Tristan Thompson “has not paid child support in a very long time.”
