Roommates, Tory Lanez hopped on Instagram live and dissected the night Megan Thee Stallion was shot and questioned her injuries. He also went into detail about never having any prior history of abuse and said “I don’t deserve this” in reference to how he’s been treated publicly.
After months of fans desperately wanting him to speak out and tell his side of what happened the night that Megan Thee Stallion was shot back in the summer, Tory Lanez finally broke his silence.
He attacked the belief that has largely circulated on social media that he doesn’t care about or support black women, saying that the narrative is false, but also dangerous and being used to further ruin his career and reputation in the media and amongst his fans.
Additionally, Tory also spoke out about his past with women and firmly stated that he has no previous history of violence against women—and the continuous claims that he is physically abusive, specifically to Megan Thee Stallion, is completely false.
As we previously reported,
Tory explained that for the last three months of his life, he has been bashed based off of falsified information she shared, even alleging that her Roc Nation team was pushing her to assassinate his character.
Breaking down the night the shooting occurred, he had this to say:
“She knows what happened, I know what happened, and we know that what you’re saying and the alleged things and the alleged accusations of what my name is are not true. It’s falsified information…I don’t ever want to come off like I’m here to bash this girl or I’m here to talk down about this girl or ever be at a place where I’m disrespecting her because to me, as a person, she’s still my friend no matter what even if she doesn’t look at me like that, I look at her like she’s still my friend.”
Surprisingly, Tory started off his IG live video by proclaiming that despite the seriousness of what has occurred between them, he still considers Megan a friend.
