Kendrick Lamar‘s pockets aside, one business is profiting from the rapper’s diss track for Drake. Toronto restaurant New Ho King reportedly saw a boom in attention after K Dot named them ‘Euphoria.’
Kendrick named the Toronto restaurant in the second verse of ‘Euphoria.’
“Someone gon’ bleed in your family, crodie. I be at New Ho King eatin’ fried rick with a dip sauce and a blammy, crodie. Tell me you’re cheesin’ fam,” K Dot rapped, teasing the Canadian accent.
The owner says the restaurant has received a boost in five-star ratings on Google and food orders. Customers are allegedly traveling to the Chinese spot just because of the song.

As we previously reported, Kendrick went HAM on Drizzy for a little over six minutes. Released earlier this week, Kendrick took jabs at Drake’s biracial identity, dedication to fatherhood, and his pen game.
In his first response to the record, Dake trolled Lamar for listing the things he hates about him. Drizzy posted a clip of Julia Stiles reciting a poem about “hating” someone in the movie ’10 Things I Hate About You.’ Then, he popped out for a performance with his Young Money sister, Nicki Minaj.
Meanwhile, over 1,300 miles away, a Houston restaurant is working hard to repair its reputation. Last month, a former employee of Kulture Restaurant and Lounge was exposed for rubbing his body parts on food inside the business.
At least one incident caught on surveillance footage involved Othello Holmes placing his genitals in a jar of breakfast jelly.
Houston police later uncovered child-related pornographic content in the 27-year-old’s phone during their investigation.
