Tori Kelly has spoken out about her hospitalization hours after her husband, Andre Murillo, shared an update regarding the singer’s health. As The Shade Room previously reported, Kelly was hospitalized last weekend.

Tori Kelly’s Message To Her Fans
On Thursday, Kelly took to Instagram to share a message with her fans addressing her hospitalization. Additionally, she also addressed the release of her upcoming EP.
“As you may have heard, I’m dealing with some unexpected health challenges,” Kelly explained. “It’s been a scary few days but I can feel your prayers & can’t stop thinking about you.”
Kelly explained that she’s feeling “stronger now” and “hopeful.” However, “there are still some things to uncover.” Additionally, the singer shared her gratitude for the nurses and doctors that have been treating her.
“I’m feeling stronger now and hopeful but unforunately there are still some things to uncover. I’m so grateful for the amazing doctors and nurses who have been looking out for me…”
Before concluding her message, Kelly said that she was “heartbroken” she won’t be able to embark on the tasks she had scheduled this week. However, she will continue with the Friday release of her EP, ‘Tori.’
Furthermore, the singer thanked her fans for their support “from the bottom” of her heart.
Andre Murillo’s Update Regarding His Wife’s Health
Before Kelly’s message, her husband took to his Instagram Story on Wednesday to share a positive and hopeful update about her condition. In his post, he explained that Tori is “smiling again” and “feeling stronger.”
Despite this, Murillo explained that they are “not fully out of the woods” yet. However, they are “waiting on a few more answers.”
“Tori is smiling again and feeling stronger. Not fully out of the woods but we see the sun. Just waiting on a few more answers…”
Before concluding his post, Murillo shared his gratitude for the “love and kindness” the public sent him and Kelly since news of her hospitalization became public.
“Your love and kindness has been overwhelming. Thank you so much!…”
Earlier this week, Murillo shared his “fear” regarding his wife’s hospitalization by taking to Instagram Story and sharing some of her lyrics from the song “Where Do I Fit In.”

A Brief Recap Regarding Tori Kelly’s Hospitalization & Previous Condition
As The Shade Room previously reported, the 30-year-old singer was hospitalized Sunday after reportedly collapsing while out to dinner with friends. According to an undisclosed source, the singer became unconscious and was allegedly “out for a while.”
Additionally, the source explained to TMZ that Kelly’s comrades decided to drive her to Cedars-Sinai Hospital to ensure she received high-quality medical care in response to her condition.
Once she was at the hospital, the source noted that she was taken into the ICU. From there, doctors reportedly discovered blood clots near her lungs and legs.
Additionally, it was determined that more tests needed to be conducted to determine if any blood clots were present near the singer’s heart.
At the time, the source disclosed that Kelly was “in and out” of consciousness.
