As we all know. tensions throughout the world are pretty high at the moment following the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis.
Many people have been taking to the streets in their hometowns to protest against the injustice that has been going on in the black community for years, as well as showing their support for George Floyd getting the justice that he deserves.
On Monday, rapper Tokyo Jetz started to trend on social media after a video showed her speaking about George Floyd’s killing in a joking manner. In the video she can be seen playing around with a friend as she says, “I’ma George Floyd your muthaf*ckin’ ass.”
In light of everything that the country is facing in response to his death, people were not here for her comments and we’re calling for her to be canceled.
One social media user said, “I can’t believe Tokyo Jetz, a Black woman with a Black son, even fixed her mouth to say that foul sh*t.”

Another person said, “At no point ever should a George Floyd or Eric Garner, or any situation like this be mocked or joked with. So for Tokyo Jetz to do that sh*t right after it’s happened. Can’t ever f*ck with you now.”
