Actress Tisha Campbell has been a guest host on the popular talk show “The Real,” for the past week, and on Tuesday’s episode, she was a part of an emotional reunion.
On the show, the ladies welcomed Ellen Lindsey to the show, who had learned that she had been adopted from investigated genealogist, Pam Slaton.
Pam had originally told Lindsey that someone from her past wanted to meet with her, but nothing came of the moment at the time. She then reached out again and revealed that Lindsey had been adopted and family members were looking to be reunited with her. This was her first time within 49 years she had learned that she was adopted.
To her surprise, Lindsey learned that Tisha was the family member that had been looking to be reunited with her.
On the show, Tisha explained that she and Lindsey have the same father, but different mothers. She also introduced her to her full biological brother. Tisha explained that her father had her brother with another woman, and later had her with her mother. However, after her birth, her father then conceived Lindsey with the same woman as her older brother, but unfortunately, she was given up for adoption.
