JayZ’s Tidal is looking ahead to a brighter future and expanding their brand!
Earlier this year Tidal looked like it was in a bad situation with executives leaving and the struggle to gain subscibers.
Well, it looks like those days are long gone as they recently celebrated 1 million subscribers.
Now, they are planning to venture into original programming, offering scripted and unscripted shows.
Tidal has already ordered two new series to hit their platform. One is a Brooklyn street drama “Money & Violence” and a comedy series titled “No Small Talk.”
The drama is based off a group of thieves and drug dealers in Flatbush, as the comedy series showcases up and coming comedians. The drama is set to release at the top of the year in January. “No Small Talk” premieres Nov. 3rd.
