#Roommates, things have gotten very serious at the restaurant owned by “Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker. Reportedly, there was a shooting inside the restaurant that left three people shot.
Kandi Burruss is known to operate multiple businesses, but she will probably be insisting on increased security at one of restaurants following a recent incident that could have turned deadly.
According to Atlanta’s East Point police, earlier tonight as couples were dining for Valentine’s Day, a man entered Old Lady Gang 2 restaurant on Marketplace Boulevard located in the Camp Creek Marketplace shopping center—and shot a man, as well as two innocent bystanders.
Luckily, authorities confirmed that all three victims are expected to be fine after being transported to a local hospital and treated for their injuries. Meanwhile Atlanta police are still searching for the gunman, who has not been identified at this time.
Additionally, police do not yet have a motive for the shooting. Local news outlets interviewed some patrons who were inside at the time of the shooting and they recall seeing everyone immediately running towards the exit once the shots rang out.
There were also rumors that one of the victims was a 14-year-old, however that report has not been confirmed. As for Kandi, she nor Todd have publicly responded to the shooting at this time.
Kandi recently opened the second location of Old Lady Gang after the success of the first restaurant a few years ago.
Roommates, what are your thoughts on this?
