Okayy!! This mother is on to something and I am all the way here for it! After Shaketha McGregor’s kids kept asking her to go places, get new phones, and get a higher allowance, sis figured out a creative way to make sure they earned those things.
Shaketha decided to teach her kids all about working for what they want and building their job search skills by creating an in-house job fair for them. The job fair—that was held in her home—had job postings, application forms, and even a credit union!
Some of the job postings and open positions included a kitchen manager, a lead housekeeper, and a laundry supervisor. Shaketha even sent her son a rejection letter for the position he applied for because his sister was more qualified!! SCROLL for the brilliance!!
