There’s reportedly an active arrest warrant for DaBaby in #LasVegas stemming from a November incident in which he allegedly punched a driver, according to TMZ.
Law enforcement sources said the incident began when the driver of a Mercedes Sprinter van got a call to pick up DaBaby and his crew in Vegas.
DaBaby and his friends allegedly tried to fire up in the van and after a few stops of chauffeuring them around, the driver had to tell them not to smoke in his vehicle.
Authorities said DaBaby and his friends started cursing out the driver and allegedly threatened him.
When they got to the Hard Rock Hotel, the driver told his passengers it was time to pay up, which is when DaBaby allegedly punched him in the back of his head and said, “You ain’t the boss.”
Law enforcement sources told TMZ one of the suspects allegedly said, “You’re lucky you’re not in my city because I would have killed you cracker motherf****r.”
DaBaby and his crew then got their bags and left but not before someone allegedly said they, “would have left him (the driver) dead on the road.”
There’s reportedly an active arrest warrant to bring in DaBaby for misdemeanor battery.
