It has been some months since Yaya Mayweather has been accused of allegedly stabbing another woman while at NBA Young Boy’s home in Houston.
As the months have gone by, Lapattra Lashai Jacobs has been active on social media and has slowly been opening up about what she has gone through since the incident.
On Monday, she took to social media to open up what she has been through in relation to the response from fans, her injuries, and how things have been hard for her the past few months. She said, “At this point, I’m still hurting, I don’t think nobody can ever change it or make me happy again. Nobody knows what I went through these past four months and continuing to go through it.”
She continued, April 3, 2020, I could have been dead and gone, but I know what I can say is THANK GOD FOR ANOTHER CHANCE TO BE HERE ON THIS EARTH. I lost a lot, but they steady criticizing me about what I been through and because I won’t say anything or tell my business.”
As we previously reported, when Yaya arrived at NBA YoungBoy’s home she asked Lapattra to leave, the two reportedly got into a fight, and things led to Yaya allegedly stabbing Lapattra.
Since the incident, Yaya has been ordered to stay at least 1,000 feet away from her alleged stabbing victim as the legal side of things continues to play out.
