The Feds Reportedly Have Phone And Surveillance Videos Of Tekashi 6ix9ine At Robberies And Shootings

The feds are reportedly saying they have evidence of Tekashi 6ix9ine’s involvement in various crimes.

According to TMZ, federal prosecutors filed documents that include multiple images of 6ix9ine and his former manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan and other crew members committing armed robberies and shootings.

According to the documents, police were able to access videos from phones belonging to 6ix9ine or members of his crew. They were able to match the videos with surveillance videos of an armed robbery that took place on April 3rd. They reportedly claim the images proved that 6ix9ine’s former manager Shotti pulled the robbery, and they believe 6ix9ine watched from the street and recorded a video.

Also included in their evidence, prosecutors also have matching shots of a backpack that was stolen, and later found during a raid of 6ix9ine’s home in September. During the raid, an AR-15 rifle reportedly turned up as well.

Prosecutors reportedly filed the images as proof that 6ix9ine should be held without bail. In the documents, they say he’s a flight risk because he frequently takes “as much as $100,000 in a single [bank] withdrawal.”

As 6ix9ine continues to sit in a federal facility, his lawyer Lance Lazzaro said, “Daniel Hernandez is innocent and was never part of a criminal enterprise. He should never have been indicted.”
