Mike Epps was in the hot seat after what he thought was good humor–horsing around with a Kangaroo on stage.
The video of the kangaroo on stage with Mike during his show in Detroit went viral. Some fans claimed that an act of animal cruelty had taken place and they wanted answers!
Now, TMZ reports that the U.S. Department of Agriculture is investigating the video to assure the kangaroo was not being mishandled while on the stage.
In one video, the kangaroo was picked up at least twice.
The Animal Welfare Act says that handlers must be “in control of the animal at all times.”
