Terry Crews has a new gig to add to his resume. He was recently announced as the host of the new show “America’s Got Talent: The Champions.”
According to Variety, the show, which is a spin-off of “America’s Got Talent,” will bring back fan favorites and other memorable acts from previous seasons of AGT, as well as acts from the global “Got Talent” franchise to compete against each other.
Crews expressed his excitement about joining the show and said, “I am so proud and honored to join Simon, Mel, Heidi and Howie in hosting the #1 alternative series on television. NBC’s ‘America’s Got Talent’ is a show I love to watch with my family and now to actually be a part of this special edition, ‘The Champions,’ is more than I could have asked or dreamed. Now America’s got Terry Crews!”
Crews is already a member of the NBC family, as a cast member on the television series “Brooklyn Nine-Nine.”
America’s Got Talent: The Champions is scheduled to launch in January.
