If you guys recall, Terrence Howard and his now ex-wife Michelle Ghent got married back in 2010, but filed for divorce only a year later after it was alleged that Ghent was continuously hurling racist insults toward her husband while they were married! The divorcing process was bitter and drawn out, but they settled in court in 2013.
The Howards reached a compromise for Michelle to receive $5,800 per month as well as 21% of everything that he’s earned and that totals more than $62,500 during the first three months of 2015. Three episodes of Empire were filmed earlier this year and now Miss Fortune Cookie wants her “cut” from Terrence’s Empire check!
Fortune Cookie says that Terrence brings in about $125k per episode so that amounts up to about $75k! Not to mention, Terrence has another new show coming this fall called “Wayward Pines”, which looks SUPER good by the way, so it looks like she may be collecting a check from that project as well.
Damn, Terrence! It would have been cheaper to keep her! But, I would hate to be married to a racist. Furthermore, I’d hate to have to pay alimony to an ex wife (or husband nowadays) that was racist.
Cookies give women unnecessary strain on their hips and now they give men unnecessary strain on their wallets! By any means, get your life, Miss Fortune Cookie!
