Congratulations to Terrence Howard and his latest victory over his ex, Michelle Ghent. According to TMZ, a judge tossed the spousal support agreement that Terrence says he signed under duress.
If you remember, we previously told yall about how Michelle wanted more money! The two have been battling over spousal support payments. Apparently the $5.8K/month she was getting wasn’t good enough so she even went as far as contacting Fox and requesting them to pay her directly from Terrence’s Empire checks.
Luckily for Terrence, the judge has sided with him in the argument that Michelle blackmailed him threats of releasing videos and naked pics. He then spoke on his domestic violence allegations saying, “Terrence is a bully, but that doesn’t mean he can’t be bullied.”
What all this means is that the two are headed back to family court to come to a new agreement. There’s a great chance that Michelle could end up paying some money back to Terrence.
