Earlier this month Tekashi 6ix9ine received an early release from prison due to the spread of COVID-19. However, it seems that he has not seen his daughter just yet.
According to TMZ, Tekashi’s baby mama Sara Molina told them that Tekashi has shown no interest in reconnecting with their daughter Saraiyah since his release. She reportedly claims that she didn’t expect him to suddenly change, but she’s still disappointed about his absence.
However, Sara says that Tekashi’s mother is actively working at keeping a bond with their daughter. Sara says that his mother has been in contact for over a month, and she has seen their daughter in person as well.
Sara claimed that prior to his release, Tekashi reached out to her mother (Sara’s mother) to set up a neutral location for his mom to meet Saraiyah. However, Sara reportedly claims that right before he was set to be released, his mother stopped communicating.
Sources connected to Tekashi reportedly told TMZ that the only reason he hasn’t connected with his daughter just yet is because he wants everything with COVID-19 to get under control first.
Tekashi is allegedly claiming that Sara wants to get back with him, and reportedly he thinks she’s using their daughter as a ploy to reunite. The source reportedly told the site, he’s anxious to get a custody arrangement worked out in court.
In the meantime, Sara says that his mother is still welcome to come visit their daughter.
As we previously reported, he was released earlier this month and will complete the rest of his sentence on house arrest after the judge found that he does not pose any danger to the community.
