#TamarBraxton & #VincentHerbert have put their Calabasas mansion up for sale, y’all! They are reportedly listing it at $15 million.
The couple purchased the 13,716-square-foot mansion back in April 2013 for $10.5 million. It is situated inside the double-gated Estates at The Oaks enclave in Calabasas, CA, but according to records, these two appear to have had a few issues with actually paying for it.
According to Variety, several notices of default on the home were allegedly filed against Tamar and Vince. While the filings were cancelled, there seems to be a lil sum sum *Cardi B. voice* going on here.
If you recall, Vincent was ordered to pay $3.7 million to Sony to settle an advance from 2013.
Could these two be selling assets to come up with the payment?
