More Details Regarding The Lawsuit Against T.I. & Tiny
At this time, TMZ has not disclosed the date or location that the plaintiff’s filing was made. However, the outlet has shared that in addition to sexual battery and assault, Jane Doe is also suing the couple for negligence and false imprisonment.
Furthermore, the outlet reports that the plaintiff made the filing due to the California Sexual Abuse and Cover-Up Accountability Act. According to Fight For Survivors, for offenses that occurred before January 1, 2009, the act allowed individuals a 1-year window, beginning on January 1, 2023, to file sexual abuse lawsuits.
The act requires that the abuse occurred after an individual’s 18th birthday, that an entity that initiated the abuse participated in a cover-up, and that the lawsuit be filed before December 31, 2023.
How Jane Doe Allegedly Met The Couple
According to the lawsuit, Jane Doe was enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and stationed in Los Angeles in or around 2005. She attended a party at rapper Coolio’s home and allegedly met a man named “Caviar.”
The man allegedly worked for T.I. and Tiny, who reportedly began dating in 2001, per Essence. Caviar informed the woman that the couple would be at a nightclub the following evening.
This is when Jane Doe allegedly met T.I. and Tiny.
The night began with Doe partaking in her ordered drinks. However, she was also allegedly given an alcoholic beverage from Tiny, which she shared with a friend.
Upon leaving the club, T.I. and Tiny allegedly asked Doe to ride with them. The woman was told that her friend would ride with Caviar, and they would all meet at the same place.

According to Doe, all five individuals later entered a hotel. However, the two women would be kicked out by Tiny. From there, Tiny allegedly took Doe into a bathroom where they all got naked and took a shower together.
Doe alleged that she began to feel dizzy and was told by T.I. to lie on the bed. The rapper allegedly ordered her to rub him down with massage oil before she was pinned down by Tiny, who allegedly rubbed her naked body against Doe’s.
During the ordeal, Doe alleged that T.I. penetrated her vagina with his toe.
Doe rejected the rapper’s alleged actions and attempted to push him away before leaving the bedroom to go to the bathroom to vomit.
“Are you alright? Looks like you in last place,” the rapper mockingly said, according to Doe’s claims.
From there, she alleged that she passed out until the following day when a security guard awoke her. She noticed that her “vagina was in serious pain,” itching and burning. However, the security guard allegedly escorted her out of the location while T.I. and Tiny slept.
T.I. & Tiny Respond & Deny These Allegations
According to TMZ, the couple’s attorney has responded to the lawsuit with an exclusive statement.
“Not only are the claims bogus, but they missed the deadline to file the lawsuit.”
Furthermore, T.I. and Tiny have also shared a statement with the outlet, denying the allegations against them.
“On the heels of positivity, negativity always rears its ugly head. This plaintiff has been threatening to file this lawsuit for THREE years. For THREE years, we have emphatically and categorically denied these allegations. For THREE years we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay these extortionate demands for things we didn’t do. For THREE years, we’ve maintained the same position while the claims in this story have changed time and time again. Our position is clear… We are innocent of these fake claims, we will not be shaken down, and we look forward to our day in court.”
