Swzz Beatz and Timbaland have come together to give the culture a brand new source of entertainment while we’re all inside! Now, they’re laying down some new rules for all participants, after a few instances of technical difficulties threw off everybody’s vibe.
Jagged Edge and 112 are the latest groups to go head to head on Instagram live, and unfortunately, fans were not pleased with JE’s audio issues during the battle. Shortly after, Swizz and Timbo went live to talk about a new system they have put into place to keep everyone’s audio smooth.
Apparently, Swizz and Timbaland had somebody from their team create a system for ‘Verzuz’ artists to use during their battles. Swizz says the system is compatible with Instagram, and its purpose is to ensure that no one has sound issues.
So far, Ludacris and 112 have used the system, and the results have showed! In the battle between Jagged Edge and 112, Timbo says the “frequency” of the whole battle was thrown off.
“We’re going to make that an enforceable rule,” Swizz said. “You cannot do ‘Verzuz’ unless you use the technology that we’re sending you, because we’re sending it to you for a reason.”
How do y’all feel about the new rule, Roomies? Let us know in the comments!
